The conflict occurs when the Sex Offender wants to attend Church services, and there is a child care center in or near the Church
building.

The Center for Human Rights along with the ACLU contends;

"The state cannot sentence someone to a life of being an agnostic or an atheist without violating the constitution."

I personnaly don't believe that a Christian would deny anyone the opportunity to worship, of course the ACLU (of all people), don't mention small group home Bible studies, or House Churches where the SO would be welcomed.

The way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if the the courts rule some restriction against daycare centers in the churches, just in case an SO wants to attend.

someone needs to remind those states there are plenty of Wednesday and Friday night congregations...lest we become complicit in their recidivism.

Nonetheless, keep a watchful eye for us. The nuts are running the asylum; what's worse, they know it...
